‘Charmed’ Star Rebecca Balding, Dies at 73

Rebecca Balding, the veteran stage and screen entertainer most popular for her jobs in the exemplary ABC sitcom “Cleanser” and the first “Enchanted,” kicked the bucket on Monday following a fight with ovarian disease.
